1. Staff Registered Nurse

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Nursing or relevant disciplines.
  • Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board, Ministry of Health Malaysia.
  • Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Post Basic / Advance Diploma in all disciplines will be an added advantage.
  • On-the-job training will be provided.
  • Willing to work on shifts.

 

2. Staff Nurse (Post Basic in Perioperative (OT)

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Nursing or relevant disciplines.
  • Post Basic / Advance Diploma in Perioperative (OT).
  • Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board, Ministry of Health Malaysia.
  • Possess a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) for current year.
  • On-the-job training will be provided.
  • Willing to work on shifts and on-call

 

3. Customer Service Officer

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Business Management or equivalent
  • Possess strong customer service background and knowledge.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, interpersonal skills, and strong service ethics.
  • At least 2 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good knowledge of relevant Microsoft Office skills and computer programmes.
  • Strong telephone etiquette with active listening skills and in depth understanding of telephone directories.
  • Must be able to work cohesively within the team and at the same time able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to speak fluently in major languages & dialects.
  • Willing to work on shift rotation schedule (3 shifts), weekends and public holiday.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure reception and registration procedures of patients are handled in a timely manner and effectively.
  • Receive and resolve customer queries / complaints as per standard operating procedures and channel it to respective operations team for immediate rectification.
  • Respond promptly to general queries confidently about the hospital services and facilities.
  • Prepare and submit regular / ad hoc reports to respective departments or management as and when needed.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients / customers.

 

 4. Admission & Discharge Officer

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Business Management or equivalent.
  • Able to speak fluently in major languages & dialects.
  • Pleasant personality.
  • Excellent customer service skill.
  • Must be able to work cohesively within the team and at the same time able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work on shift rotation schedule (3 shifts), weekends and public holiday.
  • Good knowledge of relevant Microsoft Office skills and computer programmes.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure billing and collection procedures are executed in a professional and timely manner.
  • To verify insurance benefits assigned to our Hospital to determine if insurance coverage meets the standard of admission in defined policy.
  • To handle admission / discharge / billing / order entry / outpatient & dialysis process.
  • To handle cash collection for day to day operations.
  • To generate tax invoice and billing for customers.
  • Reply to medical queries to insurance and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs).
  • To assist in administrative duties as and when required.

 

5. Housekeepers

Requirements:

  •  Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Full-Time position only.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine cleaning (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning).
  • Monitor housekeeping inventory at designated area.
  • Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
  • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
  • Able to complete given tasks on time with minimal supervision.
