- assess your individual nutrition needs
- assist you to establish short term and long term goals
- tailor a personalized meal plan for you
- provide you the ongoing support and counselling in 30 – 40 minutes sessions
- provide you the nutrition and food related knowledge as well as techniques to ensure achieving your nutrition goals
