  • assess your individual nutrition needs
  • assist you to establish short term and long term goals
  • tailor a personalized meal plan for you
  • provide you the ongoing support and counselling in 30 – 40 minutes sessions
  • provide you the nutrition and food related knowledge as well as techniques to ensure achieving your nutrition goals
